Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix sliced peaches with flour, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, lemon juice, and salt.
- Pour peach mixture into a greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, oats, pecans, brown sugar, and flour to make the crumb topping.
- Sprinkle crumb topping evenly over the peaches.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until topping is golden and peaches are bubbly.
