Ingredients

- 12 oz pasta of choice
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (or Aleppo pepper)
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make the garlic yogurt sauce. Set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat.
- Add red pepper flakes, paprika, and cumin. Stir for 1–2 minutes until fragrant to create the spiced butter sauce.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the garlic yogurt sauce until well coated.
- Drizzle the spiced butter sauce over the pasta.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For extra protein, top with grilled chicken or chickpeas. Use Aleppo pepper for authentic Turkish flavor if available.
