Description

A creamy, garlicky, and spiced Turkish-inspired pasta that went viral on TikTok – simple, comforting, and full of flavor.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta of choice
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (or Aleppo pepper)
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make the garlic yogurt sauce. Set aside.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Add red pepper flakes, paprika, and cumin. Stir for 1–2 minutes until fragrant to create the spiced butter sauce.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta with the garlic yogurt sauce until well coated.
  6. Drizzle the spiced butter sauce over the pasta.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For extra protein, top with grilled chicken or chickpeas. Use Aleppo pepper for authentic Turkish flavor if available.
