- 2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1 pound each)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Traeger Chicken Rub
- 3 tbsp Traeger Sweet and Heat Barbecue Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the Traeger grill to 225°F.
- Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil.
- Generously season each chicken breast with Traeger Chicken Rub.
- Place the chicken directly on the grill grates.
- Smoke the chicken for 60-75 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Brush each breast with Traeger Sweet and Heat Barbecue Sauce and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra juiciness, consider brining the chicken breasts for a few hours before smoking.
