- 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Your choice of toppings (bell peppers, mushrooms, spinach, turkey pepperoni, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Press the mixture evenly into a greased pizza pan or baking sheet to form a thin crust.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, until turkey is fully cooked and firm.
- Carefully drain excess liquid or fat.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the turkey crust.
- Top with mozzarella and your favorite toppings.
- Bake for another 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Use lean ground turkey for best results. Customize with high-protein toppings like extra cheese or turkey pepperoni.
