  • 1/2 cup cooked potatoes, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup turkey or chicken gravy
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 sheet refrigerated pie crust
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the onion until soft.
  4. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  5. Stir in turkey, vegetables, and potatoes.
  6. Add gravy, thyme, salt, and pepper.
