- 1 cup turkey or chicken gravy

- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 sheet refrigerated pie crust
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the onion until soft.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Stir in turkey, vegetables, and potatoes.
- Add gravy, thyme, salt, and pepper.
