  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • Pink gel food coloring
  • 2 cups powdered sugar (for rolling)
  • 1/4 cup heart-shaped sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In large bowl, combine cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth dough forms.
  3. Add pink gel food coloring 1-2 drops at a time until desired vibrant color is achieved.
  4. Place powdered sugar in shallow bowl. Scoop 1-inch dough balls and roll generously in powdered sugar.
  5. Place cookies 2 inches apart on baking sheets. Bake 9-10 minutes until just set around edges.
  6. Immediately press heart sprinkles into cookies while warm. Cool completely on wire racks.
