Ingredients

  • 12 large marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 24 mini heart sprinkles
  • Pink food coloring (gel)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease mini muffin tin.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Mix in egg yolk.
  3. Gradually add flour and salt until dough forms.
  4. Press tablespoon-sized portions into muffin cups, forming cup shapes.
  5. Bake 12-15 minutes until golden. Cool completely in pan.
  6. Melt candy melts. Dip rim of cooled cookie cups to create hats.
  7. Attach marshmallow gnome beards with melted chocolate.
  8. Pipe pink cheeks using tinted white chocolate.
  9. Add heart sprinkle noses using chocolate as adhesive.
  10. Chill 15 minutes to set decorations before serving.
