Ingredients
- 16.25 oz. Betty Crocker White SuperMoist Cake Mix (1 box)
- 2 Egg Whites
- ½ cup Canola Oil or Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Red Food Coloring
- 2 Tbsp. Red & White or Valentine’s Day Sprinkles
- 5 cups Cream Cheese Frosting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, egg whites, and oil. Mix until well combined.
- Add the red food coloring and mix until the dough is a uniform pink color.
- Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let cool completely on a wire rack.
- Frost with cream cheese frosting and sprinkle with Valentine’s Day sprinkles.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use melted butter instead of oil. You can also add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the dough. Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
