Instructions

  2. In a stand mixer, cream together peanut butter, butter, and brown sugar until fluffy (3 minutes).
  3. Beat in egg and vanilla until fully incorporated.
  4. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Roll dough into 1-inch balls, then coat in granulated sugar.
  7. Arrange dough balls 2 inches apart on baking sheets. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  8. Immediately press chocolate kisses into centers while cookies are hot. Let cool completely.
