Description

A festive and creamy Valentine’s Day Sugar Cookie Fudge made with sweet sugar cookie flavors and colorful sprinkles, perfect for gifting or sharing.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed sugar cookies
  • 1/4 cup Valentine’s sprinkles
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, add white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
  3. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract, almond extract, and salt.
  5. Fold in crushed sugar cookies and half of the sprinkles.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
  7. Top with remaining sprinkles.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  9. Cut into squares and serve.
