Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in white chocolate chips if using.
- Spread batter evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
For a fudgier texture, slightly underbake and let cool completely before slicing.
