- 1 Can Del Monte Pineapple Chunks
- 1 Can Del Monte Sliced Peaches, light
- 1/4 Cup Red Onion, diced fine
- 1 Tablespoon Cilantro, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Green Pepper, diced
- 1/4 Cup Red Pepper, diced
- 1 Jalapeno, seeded and diced
- 1 Pinch Sea Salt
- 1/2 Lime, juiced
Instructions
- Drain the canned pineapple chunks and sliced peaches.
- Dice the peaches if they are in large slices.
- In a bowl, combine the pineapple, peaches, red onion, cilantro, green pepper, red pepper, and jalapeno.
- Add a pinch of sea salt and the juice of half a lime.
- Toss everything gently to combine.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
Notes
Perfect as a dip or as a topping for grilled chicken or fish. Adjust jalapeño to your spice preference.
