  • ½ teaspoon brown sugar, or monk fruit sweetener
  • Pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup high protein vanilla yogurt (I love Oikos Pro)
  • 2 tablespoons gluten-free granola

Instructions

  1. Lightly coat a small saucepan with oil spray and heat over medium.
  2. Add diced peach, sweetener, and cinnamon. Cook 3-4 minutes until softened and fragrant.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly (about 2 minutes).
  4. Spoon yogurt into bowl and top with warm peach mixture.
  5. Sprinkle granola over top and serve immediately.
