  • ½ cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 large egg (or flax egg for vegan)
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • 12 tbsp milk (if dough is too dry)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk oat flour, protein powder, and baking soda.
  3. Combine wet ingredients: In another bowl, mix almond butter, honey, and egg until smooth.
  4. Fold together: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, stirring until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Bake: Scoop dough into 12 balls, flatten slightly, and bake for 10–12 minutes.
  6. Cool: Let rest 5 minutes before eating (they firm up as they cool!).
