- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp baking powder

- ½ cup (100g) brown sugar
- ¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ¼ cups (155g) all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup (90g) chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat & Prep: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.

Make the Brownie Batter:
- In a bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- Sift in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder, then fold until combined.

Make the Cookie Dough:
- In another bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Mix in the egg and vanilla.
- Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Fold in chocolate chips.

Assemble & Bake:
- Spread the brownie batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough on top and gently spread.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
