Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp crushed pistachios (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Melt 150g dark chocolate using a double boiler. Pour a thin layer into silicone molds; freeze 10 minutes.
  2. Mix pistachio paste, cream, and cardamom (or matcha) until smooth.
  3. Spread filling over the chocolate base. Top with remaining melted chocolate.
