Instructions
- Melt 150g dark chocolate using a double boiler. Pour a thin layer into silicone molds; freeze 10 minutes.
- Mix pistachio paste, cream, and cardamom (or matcha) until smooth.
- Spread filling over the chocolate base. Top with remaining melted chocolate.
- Sprinkle crushed pistachios; chill 1 hour. Unmold and serve!
