Description

Ingredients

  • 150g butter
  • 150g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 100g flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100g walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler or microwave.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the melted chocolate and mix well.
  5. Incorporate the flour, vanilla extract, and salt.
  6. Add the walnuts if desired.
  7. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Let cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

For a gooier brownie, slightly reduce the baking time.
