- 200g dark chocolate
- 150g butter
- 150g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100g flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100g walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler or microwave.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the melted chocolate and mix well.
- Incorporate the flour, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Add the walnuts if desired.
- Pour into a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
For a gooier brownie, slightly reduce the baking time.
