Description

A classic and creamy banana pudding layered with vanilla wafers and fresh bananas, topped with a luscious whipped topping.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 box (5 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 box vanilla wafers

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  2. Add sweetened condensed milk and mix until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture.
  5. In a serving dish, layer vanilla wafers, banana slices, and pudding mixture.
  6. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of pudding.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
  8. Optional: Garnish with extra banana slices and crushed vanilla wafers before serving.

Notes

For best results, allow the pudding to chill overnight to enhance the flavors and soften the wafers.
