Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until well combined and fragrant.
- Assemble salad bowls with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, avocado, and cilantro.
- Top with seasoned turkey.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over salad before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, add cucumber or bell peppers. This salad can be meal-prepped and stored for up to 3 days without avocado.
