- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, and egg. Mix until well blended.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet, then flatten each with a fork in a crisscross pattern.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set and lightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For extra texture, use crunchy peanut butter. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
