- 1 cup pecans, toasted

- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cooked wild rice, cranberries, pecans, green onions, and parsley.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the rice mixture and toss well to combine.
