A delicious Zero Carb Thanksgiving Platter featuring roasted turkey, buttery vegetables, and savory sidesāall without carbs.
Ingredients

- 1 whole roasted turkey (about 4-5kg)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets (for mash)
- 200ml heavy cream
- 100g cream cheese
- 100g green beans, steamed
- 100g Brussels sprouts, halved and roasted
- 100g mushrooms, sautƩed in butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Rub turkey with olive oil, butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Roast turkey for 3-4 hours, basting occasionally, until juices run clear.
- Meanwhile, steam cauliflower florets until soft, then blend with cream, cream cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Steam green beans and season with butter and salt.
- Roast Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until crispy.
- SautƩ mushrooms in butter until golden.
- Arrange roasted turkey slices, cauliflower mash, green beans, Brussels sprouts, and mushrooms on a large platter.
- Serve warm for a wholesome, carb-free Thanksgiving feast.
Notes
Add sugar-free cranberry sauce or herb butter for extra flavor while keeping it carb-free.
