- 1 package refrigerated cinnamon roll dough (with icing)
- 1/4 cup raspberry jam or strawberry jam
- Red food coloring
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted (optional)
- Powdered sugar for extra glaze (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish lightly with butter.
- Unroll the cinnamon roll dough and stretch it out into strips.
- Twist and coil the strips into squiggly ‘gut-like’ shapes and place them in the baking dish.
- Bake according to package instructions, about 15–20 minutes, until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, mix jam with a few drops of red food coloring to create a bloody effect.
- Once rolls are baked, drizzle with the red jam mixture and the included icing to create creepy ‘zombie guts.’
- Serve warm for the best gooey texture.
Notes
For an extra spooky look, swirl some extra red food-colored icing on top before serving. Perfect for Halloween breakfast or dessert!
