  • 1 jar (16 oz) salsa
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Pour the entire jar of salsa over the chicken, ensuring it is evenly coated.
  5. Sprinkle the taco seasoning packet over the top of each breast.
