Description

A vibrant, herb‑forward sauce that adds fresh flavor to meats, veggies, and breads in just minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup packed fresh parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the parsley.
  2. In a food processor combine parsley, garlic, red pepper flakes, oregano, salt, and pepper; pulse until coarsely chopped.
  3. Add red wine vinegar and pulse a few more times.
  4. While processing, slowly drizzle in olive oil until smooth.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning; serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Notes

Great on grilled steak, chicken, fish, roasted vegetables, or as a dip for crusty bread.
