Description

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz) can sweet corn, drained
  • 1 jalapeño, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Drain the corn and add it to a mixing bowl.
  2. Finely dice the jalapeño.
  3. Chop the cilantro.
  4. Dice the red onion.
  5. Combine corn, jalapeño, cilantro, onion, lime juice, and lemon juice in the bowl.
  6. Season with salt and stir well.
  7. Serve immediately with chips or as a topping.

Notes
