- 1 jalapeño, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons diced red onion

Instructions
- Drain the corn and add it to a mixing bowl.
- Finely dice the jalapeño.
- Chop the cilantro.
- Dice the red onion.
- Combine corn, jalapeño, cilantro, onion, lime juice, and lemon juice in the bowl.
- Season with salt and stir well.
- Serve immediately with chips or as a topping.
