Description

Sweet and juicy grilled peaches made effortlessly in the air fryer, topped with a buttery oat crumble and kissed with cinnamon and vanilla.


Ingredients

  • ¼ cup quick-cooking oats
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 medium peaches, halved and pitted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix oats, melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until combined.
  3. Place the peach halves in the air fryer basket, cut side up.
  4. Spoon the oat mixture evenly into the center of each peach half.
  5. Air fry for 10–12 minutes or until the peaches are tender and the topping is golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with optional vanilla ice cream or yogurt.

Notes
