- ¼ cup quick-cooking oats
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 medium peaches, halved and pitted
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix oats, melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Place the peach halves in the air fryer basket, cut side up.
- Spoon the oat mixture evenly into the center of each peach half.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes or until the peaches are tender and the topping is golden brown.
- Serve warm with optional vanilla ice cream or yogurt.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh. Use ripe but firm peaches for optimal texture.
