Description

A warm, juicy and sweet air fryer peach dessert spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg and a touch of vanilla, perfect with ice cream or whipped cream.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium-sized ripe peach
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar or golden monk fruit
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 light spray of coconut oil or oil of choice
  • Light vanilla ice cream, optional
  • Light whipped cream, optional
  • Chopped walnuts, optional
  • Granola, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the peach in half and remove the pit.
  3. Lightly spray the peach halves with coconut oil.
  4. Mix the brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg together.
  5. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the peach halves.
  6. Place peaches in the air fryer basket cut side up.
  7. Air fry for 10–12 minutes until soft and caramelized.
  8. Top with ice cream, whipped cream, chopped walnuts, or granola if desired.

Notes

For best results, use ripe but firm peaches. Adjust cook time slightly depending on peach size and air fryer model.
