Description

These juicy and flavorful air fryer turkey meatloaf muffins are a quick and healthy twist on classic meatloaf, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  4. Divide mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin or silicone muffin cups.
  5. Air fry for 15–18 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Brush tops with extra ketchup and air fry for an additional 2–3 minutes.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
