These juicy and flavorful air fryer turkey meatloaf muffins are a quick and healthy twist on classic meatloaf, perfect for weeknight dinners.

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup ketchup (plus extra for topping)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Divide mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin or silicone muffin cups.
- Air fry for 15–18 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Brush tops with extra ketchup and air fry for an additional 2–3 minutes.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
