- 12 sweet Hawaiian rolls
- 10 large eggs
- 1.5 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 0.5 tsp creole seasoning
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 12 strips cooked bacon, broken into thirds
- 6 slices Colby Jack cheese
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- finely chopped chives, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat a non‑stick skillet over medium heat and lightly toast the Hawaiian rolls, cut side down, until golden.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with creole seasoning and pepper, then pour into the skillet and scramble until just set.
- Place a slice of Colby Jack cheese on each egg mound and let melt briefly.
- Top each egg‑cheese stack with a few pieces of bacon and a small cube of cream cheese.
- Close the sliders with the top half of the roll.
- Melt butter in a clean skillet over medium heat, then add the assembled sliders and cook, pressing gently, until the cheese melts and the bottoms are crisp.
- Brush the tops with additional melted butter, sprinkle grated Parmesan and chopped chives, then serve immediately.
Notes
For extra richness, you can add a drizzle of hot sauce or a dollop of hollandaise. Adjust seasoning to taste.
