- 8 chicken pieces
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the chicken pieces dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Place milk in a shallow bowl for dipping.
- In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, and a pinch of salt.
- Dip each chicken piece in milk, then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the coated chicken to help crisp the crust.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until the coating is golden and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
