  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken pieces dry and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the ranch seasoning packet, garlic powder, dried parsley, and olive oil.
  4. Brush the seasoning mixture evenly over each piece of chicken.
  5. Arrange the chicken on a baking sheet and place lemon slices around the pieces.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is golden.
