Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken pieces dry and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, combine the ranch seasoning packet, garlic powder, dried parsley, and olive oil.
- Brush the seasoning mixture evenly over each piece of chicken.
- Arrange the chicken on a baking sheet and place lemon slices around the pieces.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
