Description

Juicy baked chicken thighs glazed with a sweet and tangy balsamic reduction, infused with garlic and Italian herbs.


Ingredients

  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh thyme for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, coating evenly.
  5. Let marinate for 10 minutes at room temperature.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is caramelized.
  7. Garnish with fresh thyme and serve hot.

Notes

For deeper flavor, marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator.
