- 8 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh thyme for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, coating evenly.
- Let marinate for 10 minutes at room temperature.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is caramelized.
- Garnish with fresh thyme and serve hot.
Notes
For deeper flavor, marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator.
