- ¾ cup (112g) oat flour
- ½ cup almond butter
- 3 Tablespoon maple syrup
- ⅓ cup (45g) vanilla plant-based protein powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- Flaky sea salt, for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
- Add oat flour, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, and salt; stir until a thick dough forms.
- Roll the mixture into 1‑inch balls and set aside on a tray.
- In a microwave‑safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil; heat in 20‑second bursts, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Dip each ball in the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, then place back on the tray.
- Sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt over the tops and refrigerate for 15 minutes until firm.
