Description
A protein-packed twist on pizza β this meatzza uses seasoned ground beef as the crust, topped with sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Your choice of toppings (pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, olives, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, Parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Press the mixture evenly into a greased pizza pan or baking sheet, forming a thin crust.
- Bake for 12β15 minutes until the beef is cooked through and firm.
- Drain excess grease carefully.
- Spread pizza sauce over the beef crust.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and your choice of toppings.
- Return to oven and bake for another 8β10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Use lean ground beef to reduce excess grease. Customize with your favorite pizza toppings.
