Description

A protein-packed twist on pizza – this meatzza uses seasoned ground beef as the crust, topped with sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Your choice of toppings (pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, olives, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, Parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Press the mixture evenly into a greased pizza pan or baking sheet, forming a thin crust.
  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the beef is cooked through and firm.
  5. Drain excess grease carefully.
  6. Spread pizza sauce over the beef crust.
  7. Top with shredded mozzarella and your choice of toppings.
  8. Return to oven and bake for another 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Use lean ground beef to reduce excess grease. Customize with your favorite pizza toppings.
