- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- pinch salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
- ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl combine mayonnaise and sour cream, mixing until smooth.
- Add blue cheese crumbles and stir until evenly distributed.
- Mix in lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and chopped parsley.
- Season with salt and a pinch of black pepper, then taste and adjust seasoning.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute half of the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Adjust salt and pepper to preference.
