Description

Creamy, tangy blue cheese dressing perfect for salads, wing dips, and veggie platters.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • pinch salt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl combine mayonnaise and sour cream, mixing until smooth.
  2. Add blue cheese crumbles and stir until evenly distributed.
  3. Mix in lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and chopped parsley.
  4. Season with salt and a pinch of black pepper, then taste and adjust seasoning.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute half of the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Adjust salt and pepper to preference.
