Instructions
- Toast the English muffin halves until golden.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp; transfer to a paper towel to drain.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and scramble the egg, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Assemble the sandwich: place cheddar on the bottom muffin half, add the cooked egg, then the bacon, and top with the other muffin half.
- Serve immediately.
