Description

Spicy, crispy salmon bites coated in Cajun seasoning, perfect for appetizers or a quick main dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon cubes
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ lemon (zested and juiced)
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat salmon cubes dry and coat with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add salmon cubes and sear 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
  4. Reduce heat, add lemon juice, and cook another minute.
  5. Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with parsley, and serve immediately.

Great with a simple green salad or as a snack with toothpicks.
