Spicy, crispy salmon bites coated in Cajun seasoning, perfect for appetizers or a quick main dish.
Ingredients

- 1 lb salmon cubes
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ lemon (zested and juiced)
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat salmon cubes dry and coat with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add salmon cubes and sear 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
- Reduce heat, add lemon juice, and cook another minute.
- Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
Great with a simple green salad or as a snack with toothpicks.
