- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ cup beef broth or water
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef, breaking it up, and cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes.
- Stir in garlic powder, salt, crushed red pepper flakes, black pepper, smoked paprika, and minced garlic; cook 1 minute.
- Add diced onion and red bell pepper; sauté until softened, 3–4 minutes.
- Toss in sliced zucchini and cook another 2 minutes.
- Pour in tomato sauce and broth; stir to combine.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10–12 minutes, or until vegetables are tender and flavors meld.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
