- 1 medium lime, juiced
- 1 package Holy Guacamole salsa blend
- 1 stalk scallion, chopped
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro, divided
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- Kosher salt

- Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend
- 8 slices cheese, your choice
- 8 6-inch corn tortillas
- 8 – 10 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
- butter
- canola oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine Holy Guacamole salsa blend, chopped scallion, 1/3 cup cilantro, lime juice, Kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, and Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Mix.
- Divide the lean ground beef into 8 equal patties and season each with Kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, and Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend.
- Heat a skillet over medium‑high heat and add butter and canola oil.
- Cook the patties for 4‑5 minutes per side, adding cheese on top during the last minute to melt.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan or on the grill until lightly toasted.
- Assemble each burger by spreading the Holy Guacamole mixture on a tortilla, placing a cheesy patty on top, and adding extra salsa, scallion, and cilantro.
- Drizzle 8‑10 teaspoons of Sriracha sauce over the assembled burger.
- Serve immediately while hot.
Notes
You can customize with additional toppings like sliced tomato or lettuce. For extra heat, add more Sriracha or chipotle seasoning.
