- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp softened butter
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix buttermilk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
- In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and softened butter to create the cinnamon filling.
- Pour pancake batter onto a hot griddle and swirl in the cinnamon mixture.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden.
- For the glaze, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the warm pancakes before serving.
Notes
For best results, use a piping bag to swirl the cinnamon mixture into the pancakes.
