- 6 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon vinegar
- Dash of hot sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
- Fresh dill or chives for garnish
Instructions
- Peel and halve the hard-boiled eggs, placing the yolks in a bowl.
- Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth.
- Stir in mayonnaise, yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, vinegar, and a dash of hot sauce until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper, tasting and adjusting as needed.
- Spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves, filling them evenly.
- Garnish each deviled egg with a pinch of paprika and a sprinkle of dill or chives.
- Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
