Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the egg with milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined; a few lumps are okay.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake; cook until bubbles form on the surface.
  6. Flip the pancakes and cook until golden brown on the other side, about 1-2 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately with butter, maple syrup, and your favorite toppings.

Notes
