A refreshing, no-cook slider recipe featuring sweet Hawaiian rolls, savory Italian meats, and bright veggies, perfect for parties or easy lunches.

- 1 package Hawaiian rolls (12 rolls)
- 2 ½ tablespoons Italian dressing
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 4 ounces sliced Genoa salami
- 32 slices pepperoni
- 4 ounces sliced deli ham
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced thin
- ¼ cup sliced banana peppers (drained and patted dry)
- 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
Instructions
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, leaving the tops attached to create a hinge.
- Spread Italian dressing on the inside of each roll.
- Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each roll.
- Layer a slice of provolone cheese on the mayonnaise.
- Add a slice of genoa salami on top of the cheese.
- Top with a slice of deli ham.
- Place 2–3 slices of pepperoni on the ham.
- Top with a slice of tomato.
- Add a few slices of banana pepper.
- Layer shredded iceberg lettuce over the peppers.
- Close each slider with the top half of the roll.
- Arrange sliders on a serving platter and serve immediately.
Notes
Keep the rolls chilled until ready to assemble for best texture. You can also prepare the fillings ahead of time and assemble just before serving.
