Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Stir in butter until melted.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, whisking to combine.
  5. Add Italian seasoning and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  6. Reduce heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese until smooth and thickened.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
