Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish, skin side up.
- Brush the chicken with olive oil.
- Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs, salt, and black pepper.
- Season the chicken evenly with the spice mixture.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Rotate the pan halfway through cooking for even browning.
- Broil for an additional 5 minutes if needed to achieve extra crispy skin.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crispy skin, place the chicken thighs on a wire rack set over the baking dish so the fat can drip away during baking.
