- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the chicken fillet with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Place the chicken, rice, carrots, onion, and garlic powder in the slow cooker.
- Pour the chicken broth over the ingredients.
- Dot the top with butter.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Shred the chicken and stir to combine before serving.
