Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 24 oz marinara sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, basil, and oregano, and cook until browned.
- Transfer the meat mixture to the slow cooker and stir in marinara sauce.
- Layer half of the lasagna noodles over the sauce, then spread half of the ricotta mixture on top.
- Add the remaining meat sauce, then dollop the rest of the ricotta, and sprinkle with mozzarella.

- Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
