Instructions

- Stir in Dijon mustard and olive oil until smooth.
- Add lemon juice, salt, and black pepper; mix well.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Fold in chopped parsley for freshness.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
