Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine mayonnaise and minced garlic.
  2. Stir in Dijon mustard and olive oil until smooth.
  3. Add lemon juice, salt, and black pepper; mix well.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Fold in chopped parsley for freshness.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
