Scale
- 8 bone-in chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions

- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken thighs skin-side down and sear until golden, about 5 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken and set aside on a plate.
- Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the skillet.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Sprinkle paprika over the garlic and stir for another 10 seconds.
- Pour in chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.
- Return the chicken thighs to the skillet, skin-side up, and spoon some sauce over them.
- Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Remove the lid, increase heat to high, and cook for an additional 5 minutes to thicken the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken thighs in garlic and paprika for 30 minutes before cooking.
